The third Takao-class heavy cruiser ''Maya'', which is still popular due to its majestic appearance, in its refurbished form equipped with many anti-aircraft guns, is now available as a 1/700 scale plastic model kit. With a parts configuration that focuses on the essential points, it is simple, easy to assemble, and can be accurately reproduced.
